| 内容記述 | 成熟化工業化社会の進化発達の形態として知識・知恵・知謀社会を提唱している。さらに迷走中の日本は、将来の日本国のために教育、国防、厚生、金融・財政などの諸相で平成改革を断行・成就しなければならない。改革が進まないその最大の阻害要因は、堅固な官主導の政官財癒着の構造である。その構造を破壊・再構築することが平成改革における最大の課題である。我々は、あまりにも多い課題を負っている。また、新たな社会システムを構築する改革の前提として価値観を貨幣主体から新たな価値を探索する必要もある。その方略として第4セクター方式の組織形態(沢,2000a)を提案した。本論文は、第4セクター方式の組織形態を具現化するためにさらに概念の強化とGMAIS (Global Model Architecture Information System)による社会的基盤の具現化のために、比較制度分析、PPP (Public Private Partnership)、EA (Enterprise Architecture)や優秀企業の原点などの視点から関連性などを考察してGMAISを基盤とした新社会システム構築の概念を提示する。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | A society of knowledge-intelligence-resourcefulness has been advocated as a progressive stage of a maturely industrialized society. Japan has to carry out the Reform of Heisei Era to realize that society for its own future. The most obstructive factor to the Reform is its solid structure of adhesion by the political world, bureaucracy and business circles. An urgent task is the breaking down and restructuring of the structure. We have a lot of burden. Precondition of the reform to establish the new social system also requires us to seek a new sense of values instead of money-oriented current values. As a method for realizing it, Sawa (2000) proposed a fourth-sector type organizational form. In this thesis will be studied such themes as analysis and comparison of systems, PPP (Public Private Partnership), EA (Enterprise Architecture) and their relationship from the viewpoint of what lies in the origin of excellent companies, which will help the fourth-sector type organizational form be realized and IS (Information System) be intensified as a basis of the form. | |||||
